Client Portal and Billing Update

Our billing system has been updated, and brought with it improvements to the client portal.  In addition to making scheduling changes and exchanging documents with me, the client portal now provides the ability to handle financial transactions.  As 2016 approaches, I will be transitioning to take advantage of this functionality by publishing invoices to the secure client portal.  Payments can be made directly through the portal at your convenience, or paid directly to the provider and invoices will be updated to reflect payments.  This change is expected to provide substantially increased flexibility with respect to payments and on-demand access to the financial standing of your account.

In addition to scheduling an initial phone consultation using the links on the sidebar, I am pleased to announce the capability to schedule sessions with me using an online client portal.  New clients can schedule an intake assessment, and current clients can schedule therapy sessions.  Other new features will be added to the client portal in the future, including online payment and the ability to download statements and superbills.  Please find a link to the client portal on the Fees and Availability page.  As always, scheduling requests can also be made via phone, text message, or e-mail using the information provided on the Contact page.

Private Practice

After many years of providing psychotherapy and psychological assessment in the public sector, I am very happy to now offer services full-time in a private office setting.  Current clients can click below to go to the client portal and manage their scheduling and account, new clients can click on the button to the right in the sidebar to schedule an intake evaluation directly from this website, or head to the Contact section of the site to reach out to me directly and I will be looking forward to answering any questions you have about services, scheduling, and fees.
